Our Story

In 2014, TrustSpot launched to provide an easy and accessible solution that allowed businesses to collect verifiable reviews and customer content that was authentic to host on their website, and remain owned by them.

Over the past six years, TrustSpot has successfully grown its brand awareness and customer base, while providing advanced user-generated content solutions. This growth led to the successful acquisition by Harmony Venture Labs in June 2020, under the leadership of Shegun Otulana.

Today, TrustSpot has evolved to offer advanced marketing solutions in customer reviews, visual marketing, loyalty, reputation management, and more.

With a new CEO joining in late 2021, TrustSpot has relaunched within the local Birmingham market, intending to quickly grow throughout the region and world. With a focus on businesses in the eCommerce and service-based industries, we look forward to being your next partner!
