It was a Sunday afternoon and I was packing for our family vacation. We were heading out bright & early for an international flight on Tuesday morning. I retrieved my US Passport only to discover it had expired a few months earlier. At that moment, I was hit with the realization that my much expected & much needed vacation had just gone out the window, not to mention my non-refundable airfare & prepaid, non-refundable all-inclusive resort fees. I was up the proverbial creek without a paddle. After scrambling around frantically looking for some sort of solution, I came across TVP. I dialed their number and was astonished that a live human being answered...on a Sunday afternoon. The friendly person on the other end of the phone instructed me to fill out a bunch of forms, go get a passport photo and show up to their office first thing Monday morning. I did that and was greeted by another very nice person who gathered my forms, double checked that everything was in place, and collected a very reasonable fee. I was then instructed to return back to their office at about 4:00pm. As the hours of this less than stress-free day, ticked away, I kept asking my self could it actually be possible that at 4:00pm, someone was going to hand me a brand new passport, and I would make my trip in the morning? Well it was, and I did. In just under 8 hours, I was holding my shiny new passport. Incidentally, this came from one of the busiest passport offices in the US, with close to a week lead-time until their next available appointment. It was really a miracle! All I can say is if you ever make the stupid mistake of letting your passport expire, and are in a real pickle, give these guys a shot. They really came through in a pinch!

TVP was easy to work with. My only complaint would be there was no communication from the time they received my information until I got a Fed Ex email stating my passports were being shipped back. I got what I paid for, and I have no complaints about that.
