I needed to get my passport renewed the week before New Years, and didn't consider the impact of Christmas on my scheduling. I've never paid anyone to handle my government documents before, so I was a bit skeptical of them at first (especially since they offered better response times for a lower price than anywhere else). I went into their office in DC, just to make sure everything could be taken care of in time and I was prepared to pay extra. Not only were they able to get my passport renewed on time, but they insisted on expediting it due to the holidays at the cheaper rate I had initially planned on. I would highly recommend them.

On a Monday I needed a chinese tourist visa turned around for a flight Friday. I contacted TVP over the weekend and they responded on the same day assuring me that I would be able to get the visa in time. I was very nervous at handing over four passports for my family to get our China visas. But TVP was outstanding. They offered a discounted overnight FedEx rate, sent an e-mail to confirm receipt, thoroughly reviewed my documents (China visa application rules are very strict, the forms must be filled out precisely and the back-up documentation complete), and got me back my passport via overnight mail exactly when they said they would - actually a day earlier. Plus their rate was very reasonable, more so with online coupon. Definitely worth it to go through them (they alerted me to one more documentation requirement that hadn't been made clear in the China consulate instructions) than to drive an hour downtown to the China consulate, pay for parking, wait in line, then return a few days later, and pay for parking again to pick up the visa (though I would have actually had to make another trip to bring the additional documentation). I highly recommend this company. They have made the experience of getting the visa so much easier than if I'd done this myself!
