I used TVP to get a tourist visa to China in October and the service was excellent. I filled out the paperwork on my own, but was able to get help as needed over the phone. When I dropped the documents off at their Seattle office, the staff sat and reviewed everything with me to make sure it was in order. While charging $30-$40 less than its competitors, the company was able to deliver the visa in six business days, well ahead of its 10-day estimate. I highly recommend TVP.

IMHO, this company is a rip off. Maybe it's acceptable for people that need emergency service. I requested their assistance for a standard visa application. they reminded me of the footnote in their legal disclaimer that processing times may change. I had my order in a month before my travel date, but then they called to inform me that they will have to process my application with the 5 day window because of increased orders, taking the processing charges from $79 to $499. When asking about other service timeframes (10 day, etc) the representative yelled at me and conducted himself very unprofessionally. After posting this review, I was contacted by the owner of the company and he made things right. So I change their rating from a 1 star to a 4. The associate I had originally dealt with is no longer with the company.

so far the experience with this company has been excellent. Their fees are reasonable among the industry. I have been able to get ahold of customer service quickly and they have been helpful. The chat function has not worked as well, but phone calls are answered pretty quickly and the folks are usually very helpful. They offer a wide variety of services and although we haven't completed the process, we are optimistic all will be handled professionally and as quick as possible.

Did a lot of research before going with TVP for a Chinese visa. They provided a excellent checklist to make sure I had all the documents and answered email questions quickly. I applied for a tourist visa to visit my mother who's working in China. It's a little different than a normal application as I didn't have a hotel or tour booked. They called the morning they received the package and went over the different paperwork to make sure it was all set. A little over a week later and my passport is back in my hands with a brand new China visa!
