I recently used this service to get my visa to Vietnam and the service was excellent and rush. I would have given it 5 stars, but as a first-timer at getting a visa, I thought the website could have given more clear directions, it assumed that you knew everything. However, I called and spoke to someone on the phone and they were able to answer my questions.

I am very happy with the results from Travel Pro. My only issue was that the online status software only showed that I had placed an order. If was not updates when the physical paperwork was received. When I called to follow up on the status the staff where very responsive, courteous and polite

Have used this company more than once, and pleased every time. Most recently, I needed a Chinese visa and upon receiving my documents and application, a service rep called me to go over a few issues with me before taking everything to the Chinese consulate. I didn't need to call them - they called me! Refreshing.
