I did exhaustive research on travel visa service companies before trusting TVP (TVP) with our passports and China tourist visa needs. I had over $12,000 in non-refundable tickets that hinged on my Chinese Visa. COST/FEES: TVP was similar to most and the couple who were slightly cheaper looked shady to me. CUSTOMER SERVICE: I called the toll-free number twice, once at about 2am on a weekday and the other time at 11pm on a Sunday - both times my call was answered by a person by the second ring. My emails were answered usually within minutes. Amazing! SPEED: I had plenty of time before our trip and chose the standard speed service. After about 5 days, I received notice that my visas were issued and would be overnighted via FedEx. They were received without issue. EASY: TVP's website is very user friendly, easy to navigate with all of the necessary information. The PDF forms were not difficult to fill out. The pre-mailing checklist ensures you get it all together. This was the first time my travel required a visa and I was nervous about sending my passport anywhere. This experience was the best possible and I will never use another visa service.
