This is the second time we have used the services of TVP. The first time we were a little confused because the directions wasn't clear but after we spoke to the customer services, it worked out excellent. Second time was a lot different and I was a little paranoid about going through the process again. The chinese vias application is weird I coulnd't figure it out. One call to TVP and I had it done in 5 minutes. I have used them twice and was happy both times. Visas arrived sooner than expected, yeh!!

They did as advertised. everything went well. My only concern is they did not send me a tracking number for the FedEx return shipping. I found the envelope in front of my door during a heavy rain and wind storm. If I was expecting the delivery I would have stayed home until it arrived. The passports could have blown away or been ruined by the rain.Everything else about the service was fine.

I had to get Visas for Brazil and I was down to the wire and worried about what they would cost and how quickly I could get them. Not only did I get the Visas in time, I had a few days to spare!!! They promised to send them by July 9th and I got them yesterday!!! There was even a holiday on Friday and I still got them early!!! The service is excellent and the prices are the best I've seen online. I will not hesitate to use them again next time I need a Visa!!!

The service was rush and easy. Trouble Free. Love the notifications about the process: when they receive your application, when they receive documents, when the documents are shipped, etc. The only portion that was not 5 stars is the customer support. I had a few questions on some visa forms and after emailing back and forth 4 times, the rep. was giving me wrong information that didn't make sense, even though i tried to push him in the right direction.Had to call in and got some valid information over the phone. This could have cost me a few days if i listened to the rep. by e-mail.
