I had no big time constraint so I used regular expediting. I had my passport within 2 weeks which was fine. I had several questions about filling out the federal application forms and each time I called the phone staff was always courteous and helpful. I would use TVP again and would recommend them to my friends and family.

Their website made it very easy to order my visa to China. A couple of things I would update is recommending FedEx as the carrier (which they do) but noting that USPS or UPS are also acceptable. The email informing the user of the process and receipt of the request is very super but perhaps additional notes can be explained.Thank you.

With so many options, I used TVP based on a referral from a friend. Their customer service was beyond expectations.
