Although I have yet to receive my Brazil Visa - because it is too early and was just sent two weeks ago, I cannot say enough how impressed I was by the total customer service thus far from all of the employees (and one owner (Yousef H). They answered ALL of my questions very quickly - whether through online chats or emails. They made the tedious process of getting visas for South America a smooth and less stressful process. Their rates are very comparable if not better than some of the other popular visa sites, I recommend them and will use them again if needed for any future visa needs.

Getting our visas for China went smoothly, thank you. Very disappointed tho in the advertisement for OneSimCard you endorsed...with a discount code for international phone service. Looked like a super idea...until we were finalizing the order and the Travel Visa Pro discount was expired! At first I was a bit apprehensive because the site's user experience seemed a bit overwhelming with all of the text. But I chose to use TVP to obtain a Brazilian tourist visa mostly because the price was very competitive, and the live chat customer service on the website was an added bonus. I ended up talking to several representatives several times of day and they were all so helpful and quick, which made the process so easy. I didn't have any problems at all throughout the entire experience, and the entire order was processed 25 days quicker than I'd expected. Between two different offices I had pages added to my passport and applied for a visa, and I received it all back only two weeks from the day I mailed it all out. Very impressive! If I had to pick any downfalls I'd say the user flow and amount of text on the site could be simplified, but it was still easy enough to navigate. Overall a excellent experience and I'm very pleased. I will definitely use TVP in the future.
