The owner went out of his way to help me and made other payment options available on his website. The customer service is phenomenal and I haven't yet mentioned the tea. It's the spring oolong best I can find and I've looked far and wide. Cui Feng buttery and fragrant. Smells and tastes like a camellia!!!

Got the big sample pack & some other teas and am enjoying the differences between them.

Tea From Taiwan is a reliable source for good tea from Taiwan, just as the name indicates. I appreciate that they have a robust selection of samples and tools, as well as good information about each tea. The shipping charge is more than reasonable, considering it's international shipment. Local tea shops can be sometimes limited in their selection, so I will come back to Tea From Taiwan for more! There is not a huge emphasis on fancy packaging, so this is a store that caters to those who value substance over appearance.

I was not informed that I will have to pay customs for my packaage when it arrives in US, I was not informed that the package may not even be delivered to the address I gave (my home), I was not informed that I may have to research where the package is after it arrives in the US, I was not informed that apparently neither "Tea from Taiwan" nor I will be able to track the package in any manner. My order confirmation shows a plae t cllick on "track my package," but there is not actually any waY to do so. I rate you as dishonest and using misleading business practic es! --Dr. Brenna

We assume you are talking about the information that is sent with your tracking number. We send the same information to every customer in the world.
It reads:

- Once the package leaves Taiwan, tracking may be limited.
- Your tracking number can be found from the tracking link (above). You can use this number to help track your package on your country's postal tracking website. You can also call or visit your local post office and use this # to help locate your package. You may have to go and pickup your package at your local customs office and possibly pay for duties and/or taxes.
- Occasionally, if the package is held in customs for any reason beyond our control, delivery may take longer. In particular Brazil may take up to 60 days.

We think you misunderstood this to mean that you HAVE to pay customs and research where your package is.
Some countries charge customs fees, but the USA is not one of them. MOST shipments to the USA are delivered to the customer's address. If there is no one to sign for the package the Post Office may leave a card for the package to be picked up. That is entirely at the discretion of your mail carrier and out of our control.

As of today (Saturday April 15) the tracking reads: 13 April 2023 Shipment accepted.
You placed your order on Wednesday April 12. We shipped it the next day.
