The layers are a little heavy so you do need 2 people to put the mattress together but the mattress is so comfortable you won’t want to get out of bed. Happy I purchased it.

A friend recommended the pillow from Sleeping Organic because you can customize the "fluffiness". We ordered it & have been super happy with the purchase. It is great that you can remove filling to make the pillow work for each individual.

When I first bought a pillow from you a few years ago, it was stuffed very full. I had to remove stuffing, but I liked that it was modifiable -- especially because the filling condenses over time, needing replacement. Now, I have bought two pillows in the last few months that aren't remotely full. These are empty enough that the pillow case is ~15% empty when held vertically. This makes for a much poorer sleeping experience, because the filing displaces under one's head into this empty space. This is quite disappointing. I hope you address or improve this.

I purchased 2 queen sized pillow protectors because I was ready to change up the King size pillows. The. They were very firm, which is great for a back rest when watching Tv or reading. In my case, I wanted to have additional pillows that were less firm! it worked out pretty easily as I took out the shredded latex from the King to the queen pillow protectors. Now I have fresh pillows for our queen sized bed in another room. Wish Delivery was a bit faster, it took about 3 weeks.

The website shows the shredded latex pillows to have very small pieces of latex and a smooth outer pillow case. The pillow I received had much larger pieces of latex making for a bumpy and uncomfortable feel and the outer pillow case had bumpy squares and not a smooth fabric. I'm very disappointed that the product was different than what was advertised.

Our latex mattress and pillows are the best we have ever slept on. We are slide sleepers and the support is wonderful without pressure points. The video assembly instructions were spot on. It would be nice to add a video clip about unrolling the plastic packaging instead of just trying to cut it open down the side like I did on the first one. The waterproof mattress cover is soft and fits perfectly on my 4 layer mattress. The recommendation we received on which firmness to get was perfect.

Purchased the Organic 3 inch topper a month ago because of being uncomfortable with our sleep number bed. The difference was dramatic and perfect. Both my wife and I are now sleeping soundly and feeling comfortable the whole night. Also, no odor at all with the natural latex unlike other toppers we have tried in the past from the big chain stores. We wished we had purchased it sooner. It was received well packaged and perfectly fit our Cal-king bed dimensions. We feel we got our money’s worth considering we spend 1/3 of our lives on our beds.

So I should have listened to you guys all along. But I went with a solid latex made especially for both side and back sleepers. It was too high, stiff, uncomfortable and an expensive unreturnable mistake. I came back here during your sale and purchased your shredded latex. I slept like a baby.
