I purchased a pair of hearing aids for $2500. They are not adjusted properly and I cannot use them. I have attempted to contact savehear multiple times for after care help and they have completely ghosted me. I would rerun them but the website says you have to get instructions from them to return via phone. But they do not return my calls, chats, or emails. Buyer beware.

Excellent price and service. Took these hearing aids to my doctor and she was impressed with the price and service from an online company. Glad I made this purchase and saved a lot of money. Shipping took 6 days from placing the order on the phone. The resound one are a big improvement over my old Starkey devices

I couldn't recommend this enough. I've been wearing hearing aids for 10 years and not once have I saved as much money as I have since using savehear.
