When the initial package finally showed up, they quickly told me how to return it and it was all very easy and painless. That's good customer service! I ordered a white three piece pie plate set for my married daughter. It arrived quickly via free ground shipping. I am very pleased with the way they look. Exactly as depicted on their site. She had a pie plate from Pottery Barn that I had chipped because apparently their glazed bakeware is supposed to be hand washed! Huh? I am very pleased to have found these and will be even happier to present them to my daughter - an excellent pie maker!
