I spoke with a customer service representative and asked for confirmation that all of my information was received and entered into the system including my 3 contacts and their phone numbers and that I had a lock box on my door with a pass code. She verified everything and we tested the device so now I am using my it wherever I go. It gives me a level of comfort that I didn’t have before. I can contact Medical Care Alert wherever I am and get help if I need it. My thanks to the person who helped me.

I received a new unit just prior to the holidays. After setting it up, I activated and receive a reply from an associate from Medical Care Alert. They were very prompt in replying to my alert. I had indicated that I was just testing out the unit and there was no emergency. My new unit works 100% better than my former unit.

I was unfortunately unable to use the Medical Care Alert watch because the signal throughout the house was too weak (one bar). I have contacted Verizon and the problem can hopefully be resolved. The Medical Care Alert staff were helpful and supportive in handling the issue and in helping me return the watch. I may try again if the signal strength problem can be resolved.

I was pleased speaking with Debbie & very reassured when I placed the order for my Aunt who lives in Chicago, but when the device came to my Aunt Emily Malinowski the wrong paperwork was sent & fortunately when I called they added other contacts over the phone. Had an event on Thursday 10/26 & EMT’s were dispatched but they were not given the code for the lockbox. I talked with the fire department when they were at her apartment &!they said they did not know the code; however my Aunt was able to answer the door. Thank goodness it was a false alarm otherwise they would’ve knocked down her door, I spoke to Brandon in the call center with my complaint’ he advised he would notify the supervisor. I hope this doesn’t happen to anybody else.
