I spoke with a customer service representative and asked for confirmation that all of my information was received and entered into the system including my 3 contacts and their phone numbers and that I had a lock box on my door with a pass code. She verified everything and we tested the device so now I am using my it wherever I go. It gives me a level of comfort that I didn’t have before.
