Each time we've worked really hard to tried to resolve your requests by offering refunds or replacements. Do not waste your money or time when it comes to purchasing a fishing rod with these people. They state "Usually ships between 7-10 days" under products that they don't even have in stock, however still continue to list them on their site as in stock and make you pay for it. Ordered a rod on the 29th of September and their "supplier" won't have it until the 29th of October, yet they STILL have the rod listed as in stock on their website. Completely misleading and un-honest business practice by these people, nothing more than a money grab. You shouldn't list products as IN STOCK on your site when you don't even have them; either invest the proper funds to keep your website up to date or get a new policy. Should have just gone to BCF, Tackleworld or even Ebay. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME.

Hi Kirk, we're sorry we were unable to meet your expectations. The information we display is based on the best data we have from our supplier. Just so you know, the item did not display In Stock or we would have shipped it straight away like all products that show In Stock...
