I love the custom mocs I ordered for my son! Quality materials and made well. I also love the print patterns. Everyone always ask about them and always send them over. I will continue to order. The only thing I would suggest is to make the opening on the shoe a little bigger so the foot slides in easier :) Other than that, this store gets a 5 star!

Due to the language barriers the seller and I got off on the wrong foot. After my purchase I asked about why shipping was so high, and she responded very defensively. Then it got worse from there. I was trying to smooth things out and talk to her buisness to buisness. She took what I said again very defensively and accused me of telling her how to run her shop. I immediately apologized, and explained she took it wrong. She kept being rude and I just kept apologizing. She then all the sudden apologized to me to then again be rude. I ended my comversation with letting her know I didn’t know what else to do or say since I had apologized numerous times. She ended up refunded me my order, and again being very sarcastically rude. Till this day I’m very sorry we got off on the wrong foot since I loved her moccs. It’s verh mosfortunate she took everything very personal, and lost sight of customer service. I’ve never come across such a rude individual. We all come from different places different words mean different things to people. Instead of seeing it that way she labeled me as the worst customer she ever had, and dismissed me. Please remember we all come from different walks of life.

Bought one for my daughter and one as a gift and they both were so adorable. Definitely will buy more in the future.

Love your products! Always have super cute prints. One thing I did notice was pieces of the cotton liner sometimes would come off when I took them off my son’s foot. But it was just small pieces and most likely from overuse since he wears his all the time.
