I got what I expected

I got what I expected - laptop charger delivered to me with no delays, straight to my hands. The wire came longer than I expected actually - 2 meters rather than 1 meter long, which is more convenient for me to move around.

I ordered at around 5pm on a Monday and I had the charger handed to me, at my door, by 1pm the following day. Everything works perfectly so far (after a week of heavy use). Very happy.

surprised by the service.... in a good way

I ordered a new battery for my laptop. Battery arrived swiftly but unfortunately it wasn't the correct one for my laptop. A quick phone call to the comp and they were searching for another battery for me. They had no luck and they immediately telephoned me back to explain why. They refunded my payment with immediate effect. I was very impressed with their customer service. I know they went to great lengths to see if they could find me an alternative battery but alas no success. I would like to say I haven't had any further success in acquiring a new battery. Perhaps I should be looking out for a new laptop and not a new battery ! ! This company pulled out all the steps for me and I'm ever so grateful. EOR.

Charger is working great with no defects and I would recommend and use laptopchargers again.

3 chargers in less than 18 months

I ordered my first charger off of laptopchargers nearly 18 months ago, and have consistently had problems. The first charger never fit into the DC jack, and whenever my laptop was moved even the slightest bit when being charged it would stop charging. This charger ended up breaking my DC jack, which cost me €90 to fix. I was told by members of your shop that it was the original DC jack's fault that the charger wouldn't fit into it - which doesn't make sense, as the DC jack had never been replaced before. The previous, original charger that came with the laptop fit in fine, and replacing the DC jack didn't seem to matter much as not 6 months later I was in need of a new charger. With the 12 month warranty I decided to order from laptopchargers.ie again, hoping that this time it would be the correct one. Yet again, it wasn't the correct size pin, but thankfully it stayed in my charger, and ended up lasting the longest (under 7 months) out of all chargers. In February just gone I, YET AGAIN, needed a new charger when the pin head literally detached from the charger. This new charger's pin head FINALLY fits into the DC jack, but is once again failing me at doing it's job properly - and it's only 5 months old.

I don't have any pets that are ruining the charger, and I'm definitely not doing anything that should be so damaging. 99% of the time the charger is left beside my bed. Not only is the pin head the problem, but the brick seems to be falling apart and there's a spark when re-attaching the AC power cable to the brick.
I have had nothing but fast, helpful correspondence with the company, it's just the product that's completely lacking.

I want nothing more than to leave you a 5 star review like everyone else and be a satisfied customer, but 3 times now I've been left with a product that lasts no more than 6 months. Please, laptopchargers, may I have a product that lives longer than that?

the price was a 1/3 of the price dell were asking for a new battery. It arrived the next day! There is a minor issue when starting the laptop where it says that this battery is not suitable for the laptop and will not charge properly. But it charges perfect and i think i even get more running time from this 6 cell battery than I did from my original Dell 9 cell!
