I ordered the wrong product by mistake , the lady Jane was exceptional in helping me through the whole return process , I didn't have a printer to print off the returns label and didn't know how I was going to get the product back , within a day of dealing with Jane a pre paid return envelope arrived on my door mat . Nothing was too much trouble . It's the little touches that mean the most . I have already ordered more products from this company simply because I felt valued as a customer !
