I've worked with IncWorx for 10+ years, first, at my previous company, and now at my current one. Everyone I've worked with has been outstanding in their knowledge and more importantly, communication. It’s a relief to be able to open a ticket or send an email and know that what needs to be done will be handled in the best way possible.

One of the BEST in class professional services provider around. I used IncWorx at a previous employer, while doing a migration from SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2016. In the midst of this migration, my department needed to construct a new Intranet page, and migrate over 40 Info Path forms/ SharePoint Designer workflows, into Nintex forms and workflows. Keeping in mind, we had only 1 year to get this all done, and IncWorx came in to help achieve this strict timeline/ goal. IncWorx was very patient, professional, understanding and knowledgeable.

IncWorx has been great to work with and have a ton of knowledge/experience. It's nice working with professionals that know the correct way to set things up correctly the first time. I definitely recommend their services to inexperienced SharePoint/Office 365 admins that need guidance.

I've enjoyed working with Jason over these past couple of years. He is very friendly but still professional. When we need something done quickly, he is prompt. He's also flexible for when we need to push something to the back burner, or up it in priority. Personally, I greatly appreciate it when he takes the time to explain the "how" of things so that I can learn to do some of the smaller things myself, like simple things in Designer. (Though I know he's there for when/if I mess it up and need help!)
