i had randomly contacted imusic in an emergency to find a young fellow a guitar on time for a show in my local area in northern ontario.. without hesitation, after hours.. on his time off... i was accommodated and had my order quite fast.. everything came as ordered and was well packed for shipping... i know where ill be going when i need another guitar or accessories!

An easy process. They didn't have any LH guitars available when I inquired but they contacted me as soon as they did. My only issue is that the guitar I bought showed it with a pick guard but the one I received did not even though it was the correct model. They also threw in a couple freebee accessories
