Package arrived in a timely fashion, the guitar was beautiful and everything associated with the purchase was as it should have been. For the price that I paid I am more than pleased with this purchase. The guitar was even in tune, how cool is that? The only thing I would suggest is that packaging be beefed up. My guitar arrived in a cardboard box only. The guitar was in a case which may have protected it as there was a puncture in the cardboard. Perhaps a little bubble wrap would have been in order?

Ordered a blue 3/4 folk guitar with accessories. The color is rich, very nice. I don't know enough about guitars to know whether or not the quality is good. Seems to work, not sure that it holds a tune. Price is great for a starter guitar and very basic low quality accessories. Not for pros. Shipped fairly quickly, no damage. Carry bag has no padding, but works. No intructions for stand, gonna have to play with it to figure it out. Tuner has instructions in broken english but clear enough. No accessories were missing or broken. Good buy for a starter I think.
