We appreciate your feedback, and please know that our intention is to give a heads-up to customers who rely on our products to make sure they have enough on hand because we do occasionally run out when demand is higher than expected, and we don't want to leave anyone high and dry. Subscriptions are a great way to ensure you never go without because we fill subscription orders first priority over standard orders.

I ordered product in March and due to international difficulties did not receive.
Company would not refund me even though they were aware that product was not delivered to me. They offered to ship item as again after several months of emailing with them but requires I pay for the shipping cost. Extremely disappointing and extremely poor customer service

We are so very sorry that you did not receive your order the first time. I'm glad that we could make an exception and send a reshipment for you. Since we are a small company, and international shipping outcomes are beyond our control, we have a no-refund/no-reship policy for orders that are not returned to us, but in most cases, orders arrive to our customers just fine.

Good enzyme, but I am having to add HCl and DAO in order to cover all my enzymatic needs. I’m still not sure if its the best product for me. I started with Tributyrin, which really seemed to help solidify and lessen my (too many loose) bowel movements. Now that I’ve added the Holozyme, I’m feeling more gassy (than with my previous enzymes) and histaminey… so I can’t say its actually helping…still not sure. Taking it at night as well, and haven’t noticed any changes there either (with systemic inflammation…still having to pee 2-3 times a night and have joint pain)
Not sure if more is better. I’ve tried doing more and doing less…. Just not sure yet. Thanks.

Doesn’t seem to be the magnesium I expected. It does help with leg cramps but not work to soften stools. Probably wrong for that

Did you ever find the right dose of our Magnesium to help you with loosening your stools? Sometimes you need to take between 800mg-1200mg of this form of magnesium to help with constipation.
