First off, I recommend eBoardStuff.
My experience with his service was not perfect (slow turnaround for motor rebuilds, didn’t communicate that to me; I had to inquire via chat) but I received 2 rebuilt motors with a warranty which work just fine.
I just think he’s so busy helping the Boosted community with his work that he’s probably just not able to stay on top of it all.
So none of those issues matter - Without his work, innovation, and research, some of us Boosted owners would feel stranded. Because of him, I don’t.

Haven't been able to assess the result yet, but was displeased with the note included with rebuild stealth motor suggesting that it may make different sounds. Hoping it's not noisier or unpleasant. This informational insert letter should be included on your website so I know before I submit an order to have motors rebuilt. I'm fearful that I may have spent money on something I didn't really want and found out after I bought it. Kinda not cool. Hoping to assess the situation this weekend and be pleasantly surprised that the motors are fine or silent! Full-disclosure up front would be better. Thanks for providing this service tho.

The motor works great, except for when I reach top speed on the board. Once I am going full throttle the motor wobbles a little bit and causes the board to feel unstable. Other then that, it works fine. I just have to avoid going full throttle and stay below 80% throttle.

This product was amazing

Alex shipped out my order immediately with no delays. When I opened the package I was delighted to see he had taken the time to seat the bearings inside the wheels and pulleys for me, and he had already assembled the wheels onto the pulleys. He even included an awful hat I can use to annoy my wife with! The pulleys appear to be of very high quality - better than original boosted pulleys. The belts are about 1 mm wider than original belts so they make full use of the pulley width and should both last longer and the pulleys themselves should last longer as a result. The 100mm hyperdrive wheels did not make a huge difference in ride quality for me over the stock 85mm wheels and at first I was a little disappointed. After a few more rides I'm now 100% sold on them and don't see myself ever going back. My feet don't go numb from riding anymore, there are rougher roads I would pass over before for fear of being vibrated off the board that now I can ride on, though it still feels rough at least I don't get vibrated off the board. A big thing for me is being able to ride on a concrete cart/bike path which has joints every 6 feet or so. With the 85mm wheels every joint felt like I was beating the board and bearings to death, now with the 100mm I still feel it when I go over the joints but it doesn't feel like I'm breaking the board. The board also pushes and coasts much better with the new wheels and bearings.
