I’ve benn buying and selling online for over 20 years and have had both good and a few horrible experiences in regards to customer service.
My latest experience with eboardstuff.com involved a faulty battery which I purchased from them. These things happen and I messaged their tech support, letting them know about the issue I was having. Jesse, an owner of the company, contacted me directly, almost immediately and showed genuine concern, and proceed to provide me precise instructions to document my problem so he and the manufacturer could help diagnose/confirm the problem I was having. Exway also provided me with a further video to attempt a hard reset. Another company with excellent service. After performing all the tests, it became apparent that a solution was not possible. Bummer? Yes, however being provided legit info on how to test it was an invaluable troubleshooting tool that will come in handy later. Jesse proceeded to communicate with the company in China, and got my replacement approved, which I will be getting shortly. This was excellent customer service from top to bottom, and hands down the first time I have been so impressed with the way I was treated. Jesse is one of those rare high caliber person that obviously does business with only the highest standards of customer satisfaction in mind. *Note: I live in Hawaii, and shopping usually takes forever to get here, eboardstuff had my order on my doorstep 2 or 3 days after I ordered it.....unheard of!!! These guys are no joke and will be your go-to shop for e-skate gear in the US-try one order and see for yourself!

Recently, I ordered the ceramic bearings, but what I received (With no explanation whatsoever) were the cheaper standard metal bearings. I was a bit annoyed but with no other option I figured I'd just use the cheaper metal bearings until I could get it all straightened out.

A couple days later I got an email from them explaining that the other ones were backordered so they sent me a set of the metal bearings for free to hold me over. They didn't have to do that, I doubt there are many other companies that would have done the same, so that's why I'm giving them five stars.
