Our T1300 printer was down and Tom was super helpful in getting it back up and running. His prompt shipping of the replacements parts and his continued availability through e-mails made the job simple and straight forward. When a problem arose that appeared to be related to the hard drive he sent he quickly mailed an additional unit to make sure the repairs were able to be completed. He was diligent and concerned about the issues from the start and I recommend him and his service knowledge to anyone who is experiencing problems with their printer. You will not be disappointed!
