My order arrived to the Midwest of the USA in only 8 days from the Netherlands! Sent an email to jack asking some questions and he answered very promptly and very politely. I haven't seen customer service as good as with this company. I am very satisfied with my experience.

I am a repeat research customer and have had good things with this company until my last order and my girlfriends last order. We ordered products May 4 (2 different orders) and never recieved either, my girlfriend has tried contacting them about a possible reship for at least one of the orders because we spent quite a bit of money but never heard anything back. I hope if Chemical Collective sees this they contact us please

It's not their fault when the mail is "lost" coming all the way across the ocean to Florida. Customer service is fast and ultra-responsive in addressing my concerns over a delayed parcel. My first shipment came in 9 days so maybe I was spoiled with high expectations but Jack has been very helpful.

It took about 4 weeks to receive the product. The effect was good, and I placed an additional order. I was very anxious about the corona, but the thing came right. I hope there is no problem with the new order.

Every order I've made with this company has been exactly what I was asking for.

ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT CC AND JACK My first time ordering from Jack was a sizable batch of research chem back in March. But after months of waiting it did not arrive. I kept the faith and since Jack was very helpful, quick to reply, and sincere I trusted him and ordered another batch last May even if the first order was yet to arrive. The second order arrived in just under a week. By June, Jack offered a full reship of the first order despite their website policy and even offered to shoulder the shipping fee on credit to be paid by me later. But days later after his offer, the first order miraculously arrived. He probably did the offer because he knew I was doing a business to business deal with him and the order was supposed to be retailed by me when it arrives. We had long conversations involving personal stuff juggling with updates on the first shipment and ordering the second batch. Jack became a friend. He knew that I was hanging by a thread financially due to the pandemic messing everything up for me and that turning research chems into a business was supposed to be my survival strategy. (We are an ethical retailer in Asia. But we are currently operating locally until our business grows. Ethical meaning we repack our research products in proper doses with no cuts and also educate our customer researchers. We even go as far as recommend food supplements and vitamins to keep their research machines in shape.) Currently, we are negotiating for a fairly large bulk order deal. Here is the key takeaway from this review: I never met, seen, or heard Jack in person or anywhere, but nonetheless he always kept his end and is the most legit, genuine, and sincere person you will ever find in the RC scene. I swear on it with my life and reputation. NOTE: The second order arrived in a week because we used a private courier. PostNL (Private? But links with government operated post offices) sucks during a pandemic and through third-world countries (I will keep my exact location vague). So please don't blame Jack if your orders get delayed. It may sound like a biased opinion, but isn't necessarily so since this is common sense. If you want your orders fast and reliable, pay extra for private couriers (other than PostNL). Lastly, Jack is the only guy that is reasonably flexible with suggestions in terms of packaging and product requirements that I experienced thus far. Other vendors have became so complacent after operating for so long, becoming big, and receiving too much profit that they don't give a crap about customer service anymore. Jack's secret but not really secret weapon is his CUSTOMER SERVICE. Other vendors would just get your money and process your orders like clockwork devoid of humanity and customer service. They are just in it for the profit. Jack is unique. You are lucky to deal with Jack because he sincerely gives a crap about his customers. Jack cares.

I did a order around a month ago, and it came to my mailbox in correct time. If there wasn't problems due COVID-19 I really know that it would came to me even in few days before. Excellent work and excelent site!

I loved the quality of what I received, but because my order was split into two shipments, I never even received more than half of it. I was pretty disappointed to waste that much money at once.

I placed an order of two items that was delivered on the 28th of April. These two items were delivered separately, one item showed within two weeks and another did not show for many weeks. I knew this was probably due to covid delays, so I waited patiently until the 7 week mark, at which point I emailed Jack letting him know my situation. Jack responded with an apology, information on global postal delays, and an offer for a full reship of my lost items for free, which I obviously accepted. This reship took about ten days to show up and has since passed all of my tests. It took longer than I wanted, but Jack made sure I got all the items I paid for. Much love to Jack and CC for all they do.

1 month ago, still waiting for my order. Don't think that something will reach me. Vendor confirmed a reship, I will update my rating soon. Edit: The vendor has sended me a reship and it arrived fast and completed. Great Support!

I never got my last order. This was my 4th order from these guys i got all my other orders but my last order was the biggest one yet and i ordered it over a month ago and still have never received it.
