so I ordered and paid on Saturday. I will give an update here every day as the process goes on here. (germany) Edit (same day) 20:55 : now i got the email that my payment arrived ^^ Edit2 (next Day):the package was handed over to the parcel shop Edit3:(2days later):package came 10 minutes ago I'm really very happy with it. Thank you chemical collective the weekend is now saved haha^^(btw the support is active too)

Hi there! Apologies if your order is taking longer to process than usual. We just stopped shipping to the US meaning there was a huge amount of orders so we are a bit behind on orders and emails. In case your order wasn't shipped today, it will most certainly be shipped tomorrow and we'll add a little extra to compensate for the delay! All the best Jack

Jack came thru again. It showed up on the day of the cuttoff. So I couldn't buy again by only a few hours. All my inreractions have been top notch. But the last product was subpar( 2fxxx). Results were poor with no desired effects during the tesing phases. Infact there were undesired effects and I'm very familiar with this product. Thx Jack for ur honesty, you'll be Missed. After 7 weeks, I never received my shipment to the US. Jack responded once noting the covid-19 delays at around 5 weeks. Will update again if the shipment actually comes in or if any action is taken by ChemCollective. Edit: 10 weeks now, still no delivery on original. Matt did respond to my request and offered to re-ship half the order, which is a nice gesture considering the first was not guaranteed. I'm patiently waiting for either to show up and will update in that event. Edit 2: Re-ship arrived after 4 weeks. Overall, happy with the customer service response from these guys. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy and they really had no obligation to. If they still shipped to the US, I would do business with them again.
