I never got the product. I told it Bravo Pumps and Paypal. Matt (from Bravo) asked me to help him with the Austrian post to find the parcel, because Australian post said it was delivered to Austria (Austria is a small country in Europe). I did it and found out that our post did something wrong with the delivery and the sender (Bravo) just need to clompain it and will get the Money for it. But they also told me, that I (the reciever) cannot do anything. Just the sender can. I told it Matt and he still wanted me to help him. I should try it again. I should find the guy who got wrongly the parcel and so on. He did not care that our post told me that only the sender can complain official. Suddenly Paypal told me the case is closed, because Bravo pumps send them a confirmation that it is delivered. I got the confirmation too, but that was not my signature. Not only that Bravo Pumps was to lazy to complain at our post (he would have got the money without problems, because they had no signature from me), no, he also communicate behind my back with Paypal to close the case. That after asking me to help him with his problem. Because if the parcel do not arrive, the sender is responsible, not the reciever. But Bravo Pumps seems to see stuff like this from another point of view. I would never ever buy something from them. Because if your parcel do not arrive, it is your problem. My only luck was, that the part I ordered was "only" 50$. But it hurts also.

Martin - There are two sides to the story. We had photographic proof from the Austrian post office that you had signed for the parcel ? Every parcel we send has a tracking number - insurance and needs to be signed for. Australia post closed the case due to this and we couldn't re-open it as they said you had received the product - We had 27 emails from the time we started the process, between you, I, Aust post , Austrian post, The Parcel people.. + numerous calls. Australia post said :. Thank you for taking my call regarding your International Post Express item ................. posted to Austria. As I advised in my call our delivery partners in Austria have supplied a copy of the proof of delivery, I have attached this to this email. I hope that this information has been of assistance. Please let me know if you have any further questions. Unfortunately there is no further action Australia Post can take on this occasion we have now closed the file. Bravo Pumps Australia : We offered to send a replacement product at our cost if you provided an alternate address but you wouldn't give us an alternate address. Not sure why ? Why alternate address ,due to you saying theres an issue with numbering on your street .. I personally rang you and left a message - no return phone call ? Paypal - we cant close a case - only you can. Martin - I want an outcome so you are happy.. Ill send you 2 x products today , Lets hope both postage companies we use get it right !!
