Disappointed in the Bravo Pump. Even set at it's lowest setting the pump refused to shut off at the indicated 3.5 PSI and continued to inflate my Zodiac until it caused a rupture. Not a happy camper.

We purchased a Bravo Electric pump for our new inflatable kayak after speaking to Matt to determine the best pump for our needs. We live on the road in our caravan changing parks constantly Matt assured us it would arrive within 6 days as quoted. On receipt the hose attachment to the pump was split. Matt advised he would send another hose but in the end sent another pump. Great customer service Ps The new pump also works great

Got an electric SUP pump with battery during a promotion. Had bad luck with the battery, but Matt send a new one without much questions asked and included a prepaid package to return the defect one. Would order again any time.

Pump works fine for taking my Red Paddle board up to 15psi. The one very minor fault is one of the zips on the pump bag sticks sometimes.

Thanks for the review , it helps to improve how we do things .. In regards to the zipper - Use KRYTOX - or a non petroleum base lubricant or a high quality Silicon gel - These will keep the zipper from sticking .. Zippers - Sand - Ocean dont really mix so its something we need to change I believe moving forward !! thx again Matt / Owner BPA

Initially I wasn't sure of what type of pump to get for our Zodiac RIB. I had seen some cheap models in the past that were light weight...but they were also extremely flimsy. I wanted to ensure that the one I got would stand up to the task. We sought the advice of Matt @ Bravo Pumps and he was more than willing to help match our boat size and valve type to the right pump for my needs. I ended up purchasing the XL Bravo 110 on his recommendation. In all, I am really happy with the quality and level of service from Bravo Pumps. Thanks guys!
