How hard is it to buy a simple inflatable pump fitting in Australia? Pretty damn hard. Where most outdoors shops have morphed into clothing stores and 'Boating' and 'Fishing' seems to refer to hats Bravo Pumps are that vital oasis of hardware that you actually need to get out there. They are your only hope.

I've just bought a new Bravo pump to replace a four year old Bravo pump that's a bit tired, although it still works. A year is the max I've had from any other brand, and your average camping store pumps has trouble lasting one session.

No more tiring hand pumping. Pumped a 12 ft 278 litre board in 8 mins 40secs and then another 10 ft board in 7 mins. Auto shut off works a treat so you can sunscreen up , get your paddles ready and then just go enjoy the water. Prompt delivery and great service .

Some of the details in the review that I originally posted on the purchase of a SUP connector for my Bravo pump were inaccurate - I have checked the dates and price I paid for postage, and whilst I experienced problems and delays in finalising my online order due to problems with the site the delivery timing was reasonable.

Andrew, I dont usually reply in such length but I think I need to state some facts for the public. 95 % of the time we get 5 star reviews for our service and back up. Id like 100 % but as we both know thats nearly Impossible.. I just reviewed your order and it states you purchased 1 x multiple connectors for $20 + $7.50 postage , a total of $27.50 ? All our parcels are delivered by Australia post and it states clearly it will take 5-7 days if you live on the eastern seaboard. Your order was placed on the 26th dec - Boxing day - Public holiday: It was sent on the 27th when the warehouse was open and it arrived on your door step on the 4th January - Great result I believe. All our small parcels have a $7.50 postage fee. It actually costs us $12 - we always lose on postage.. Access & 3 D Secure : In regards to access to our site and access, yes we have had issues with safari extension users only. We placed 3D secure on our site as a preventive measure for Global users - it seems its backfired and affected Australian users more so ... All we can say is sorry .. I did ring you and let you know what to do and i did offer to send an invoice out to simplify the payment as we can do with all our customers .. I see you have changed your review as it was inn-accurate , thankyou .. As mentioned , Ive sent a free set of connectors and I hope you continue to enjoy your Bravo 20 pump regards Matt CEO BPA

The pressure gauge came with no instructions so it took us a while to work out that we had to remove one of the two plastic spacers for it to fit our Red Paddle iSUP. In attempting to screw the pressure gauge in, the plastic thread that holds the the two parts of the gauge failed. The gauge is now threaded & leaks badly from around the broken thread. We are going to have to see if we can glue the two parts together and make it work. The bottom line is that the fine plastic thread was overly weak given how hard you have to push and twist to get the gauge onto the iSUP.

Svet, sorry to hear about your experience with our pressure gauge, we dont include instructions due to the simple design, we include spacers as some valves are deeper and some are shallow. I
