These were a gift. They were packaged very well, I was concerned that they might arrive frozen since I live in Montana but they were perfectly healthy. My mom that I bought them for was beyond happy, unfortunately her cat was just as thrilled. Great quality plants for a good price! The plants arrived within a reasonable time frame and they all looked healthy upon arrival. One plant did have a few brownish leaves on the outside, so I removed them and now it's perfect! Definitely planning to purchase again! 😊

I had pre ordered the Christmas Tree and for a week it said it was still waiting in FL. The team was awesome and said if the tracking had not been updated and I had not received it the next day they would assume lost and send a new one. The next day they checked and status showed the same and with out me saying anything they shipped a new one and this one was delivered just fine and was beautiful. I did end up getting the first one and after the 10 + days sitting in FL there where a few that had died but the rest so far are OK. Great customer service.
