The bike is very nice and very easy to use.
That said I tried to order 5 accessories that FedEx delivered them to the wrong address and never to be seen again. I send an email letting your people I needed these items for an upcoming trip and heard nothing. So I cancelled my order.

I am very happy with the design since I need something that can fit in the rear of my Prius C. It’s a tight fit requiring the seat to be removed. Rear rack will not fit.
The picture shows how it fits in the back of my Prius C. It’s a slightly tight fit but not bad. It does sit in there at an angle but clears everything.
