Ordered parts for for my ar, slow shipping and then arrives damaged. I have emailed twice and called once. The customer service agent I called couldn’t understand that I said I want an exchange or the parts to fix what came damaged so I had to email him a second time(the same info I told him in the first email). He only replies to your emails once a day. It would be a great product if it wasn’t damaged. Wouldn’t be damaged if there would of been packing material to protect it. Instead throw it in a envelope and hope it doesn’t get banged up. Going to have to explore other options as this company has ZERO customer service and horrible response times. This is the last part I’ve been waiting for to build this rifle and now I have to wait until they decide to replace it. Then ship it probably take over a month at this rate.

Hi, I'm very sorry to read that you are unsatisfied. You are right. We were, and still are, experiencing problems with the phone system but we did answer your emails. You sent us the first email on March 20th, which we answered on the same day, asking for pictures. The conversation went on where we usually answered the next day. I do not think that an answer the following day is a bad response time, it is the time that will take you to receive an answer from any respectable seller. On March 24th we shipped you a replacement for the part that was damaged, and it reached you on April 4th. I am sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied, but I really do not think that the review is just and reflects us as a company.

I ordered two items on August 31st via their website. After not seeing any tracking updates for two weeks I called to see what was going on. The gentleman on the other end told me that it was some holiday season and that it would be shipped the following week. A couple weeks later I finally received one of the items, but the second item never came. This prompted the second call. I was told to email all the information to some Hotmail.com account and I would receive a return email in the next couple days. No return email came so I called again. I was told that they had not received the first email so I opened up my sent folder and resent the information again. It has now been an additional week and have not received any updates so I resent an email to the support@zfi address listed on their website instead of the Hotmail account. Hopefully I can get my product. The stock is amazing, but the service leaves a lot to be desired at this point.
So to recap: 4 calls, 3 emails and only half my orders fulfilled with no return communications regarding the lost product.....

Hi Robert, I'm very sorry that you haven't received your product. We try our best in order to keep our customers satisfied. It seems like your package was lost while being handled by the postal services, and so after a case was opened on PayPal we could only refund you for your order in order to make sure that it is resolved correctly and in a fair way to you, our customer. We would have suggested reshipping it but once a case is opened it is either resolved with a refund or by receiving the product. We wanted to resolve the matter with a quick resolution with your best in mind, we are sorry that it did not please you. As for the messages, the messages were sent through the PayPal resolution center system (which does not allow everyone to send messages freely) and not regular emails, and that is why the communication was lacking. We hope that this answers your concerns and that there are no hard feeling left.

Я два раза пробовал оформить заказ и радует что при регистрации вам предлагают 10% скидку. Потом мне предложили дополнительно ещё 10% дополнительно ! Я очень обрадовался, но не смог сделать покупку. При оплате, банк отправил смс и я ввёл смс неточно . Повторная попытка оплатить товар я могу но не стал, потому что пропала скидка полностью (((( Это очень расстроило. К сожалению персонал поддержки мне отказал в скидке. Я не знаю почему!
Поэтому если вы новый покупатель и вам дают скидку, то старайтесь сделать оплату с первой попытки. Заранее проверьте работу карты своего банка.
