Website friendly, purchasing items friendly, delivery is an issue I’ve placed 2 orders from this company and have not received yet apparently these items ship from out of the country and is not disclosed in the shipping method. Or anywhere else this is the problem I would have purchased elsewhere had I known tracking of shipments also sucks the link for tracking is virtually useless hopefully my packages will arrive at some point

Not sure what’s going on with my order but there hasn’t been an update on whether or not it’s on it’s way. I paid for Eco Post so that it would be a little faster and have tracking but it’s been 2 weeks and a day now since the item’s been supposedly processed. It might have even been lost in the mail apparently. I give 2 stars for the product and zfi inc responding to my inquiries on my order. Hopefully something gets figured out for the $175 I spent on them.
