The pricing is great, but only if you pay 6, 12 or 24 months in advance. That's the reason I gave pricing a 4/5. Network and server Uptime seem to be 99.999%. No hidden fees or surprises, Yourwebsite is very reliable hosting service. When you use the online chat, someone answers pretty much instantaneously. You can't ask for more than that! And they are willing to help you out in any way they can.

I'd been trying to get a PHP class installed and working and was having problems, my previous host wouldn't help with anything they hadn't installed themselves and would always ask for money before they'd help anyway I mailed Yourwebsite support and they kept at the problem until it was solved... recommended :)

Good experience with Yourwebsite - The server, which my account is setup on, it had one short downtime, which I was told due to the kernel update to close the security hole. After checking though SSH, I see they are being honest about that, and I appreciate their pro-active stance on security on the server.

I like Yourwebsite host. They will help you with anything be it scripts, billing, or the server itself. One time I couldn't get wordpress mu installed, I asked if it could be a server problem. They sent a guy out to look at it turns out I did something wrong in my config file. They fixed all the troubles.

I have never written a review for any online service until now. I am so impressed with Bluehosting it's worth writing about. I have been hosted with a "well known provider" previously for 6 or so years although they may seem to have all the bells and whistles, I did not use them. To find an alternative provider was frustrating until I found the Bluehosting. The features offered certainly represent good value for money, and will allow me to expand my websites easily should I desire to do so.
