Got my box the power cord was the wrong kind for USA took some days of back and forth by email and after a week with a box just sitting on my desk finally got an email that the power cord for my country was going to be shipped have no clue when or how till now.

We apologise for the wrong power cord being included with your order. We advised you not to purchase a power supply yourself as you wanted to do so, and as it was our mistake that we would send you one at no cost to yourself. We had already sent a new replacement and informed you that it would take a couple of working days for it to arrive.

GPD Pocket (Windows 10 version) runs well. Obviously not going to replace a full-sized laptop, but good for a number of things (OCR, PDF editing, office documents) for which the Android tablet I use most of the time.

I can't really fault the service, I paid and the product came well packaged, damage free and works without any issues. I did my research and so I am aware of the form-factor compromises but I can honestly say I love the GPD Pocket. There are only two reasons this is not a 5 star review - I ordered after 2pm and paid next day delivery. I didn't realise that next day was for any orders before 2pm, so I waited an extra day. When I phoned to ask about it the support was functional but not overly friendly. Trusted supplier, does what they say = highly recommended! Thank you DroidBox

Arrived in estimated time and I'm very happy with the product but for one thing. I can't figure out how to install and download files to an external hard drive. I've googled and searched everywhere for information on how to set it up but with no luck. The built in memory of the box is only about 16gigs which is nowhere near to what I need and without being able to use the external hard drive for my purposes the box does not completely fulfill my expectations.
PS. I'm not looking to copy files I'm looking to directly download large files to an external hard drive. Copying does not fulfill my purposes.

You can copy files using a File Manager app which should already be installed on your device. If not, you can download one from the Google Play Store. It is dependant on the app supporting downloading to external storage. This is something we have no control over and you would need to contact the developers of the app to support this.

The box was somewhat scuffed (a corner was ripped) and the protective film for the screen was either damaged or of low quality (it looked like there were scratches all over).

The box may have been damaged in transit as all boxing is visually checked before sending. The screen protector film should have removable protection on each side, these may have some signs of wear but the actual protective screen film should be fine?
