Terrible, not had my item dispatched in over a week dispite paying for next day , i was finally sent an email a week later after chasing my order repeatedly but still havn't had my order dispatched. Better off using amazon , will never use again !!!

We are sorry that you did not receive your parcel on time. We dispatched it on May 4th and due to courier disruption in some areas the parcels can take longer than usual to be delivered. With all missing parcels we do need to contact the courier to ask them to investigate it, as in most cases the parcel is stuck somewhere and they can get it delivered. When we receive a response from the courier we can take appropriate action and if required we can send a new parcel. We understand this can be frustrating and we apologise for this.

We have emailed you directly with further information as we checked the tracking and it was delivered on May 8th. We apologise for the delay in you receiving your order. We sent it on April 23rd but due to Covid-19 there are some delays especially when parcels are being sent overseas. If you do have any further questions, please feel free to ask. Thanks.

I decided to purchase the GPD Win 2 after spotting Droix selling it at a very competitive price. The delivery was very quick and I was very pleased with the after sales service (my device had a problem with Windows 10 activation, but the guys at Droix were able to help me very quickly to get the problem sorted).
I already own the GPD XD and so know that GPD produce great products. The GPD Win 2 is a fantastic little device, I have been able to run some pretty demanding PS2 and PC games on already and have only scratched the surface of what it can do. Also being able to run Windows 10 means you can use it for everyday PC tasks when you're not gaming!
