I have been testing Unified as a certified beta tester for the last several months and all I can say is the team behind this movement is really defining the future of the workplace. Having the ability as a small business to have predictive analytics and use nearly a hundred applications that save thousands of dollars will really jumpstart entrepreneurship. I’ve personally met a few of the developers at tradeshows and they are very inspirational, talented and are determined. Service is king at Unified and it’s a great company to work with especially for a fast track growing business like ours. No complaints but the long call queues can get annoying.

We needed to appear in search engines for keywords which had very high volume and every other marketing company declined to even talk about it and many of them told us to be realistic. I found out through Unified that the reason behind this is because other companies did not have the access to highly authoritative content marketing and backlinks that are required to compete with competitors that are already ranking which Unified did have. We’re two months in this campaign now and we’re starting to rank page five which is already having prospects who are looking for alternatives find us. We’d like to thank everyone at the Unified marketing team for helping us accomplish this milestone.

Great support team! Whenever we need assistance with Workplace, they’re always eager to help. It’s a bummer that there is no phone support for Workplace knowing that it’s a free product but I’m confident that many would pay for phone support knowing the level of service you already provide.

We used this company to market our dating app which was a very complex case since we needed to have both males and females in specific states register at the same time to make it a success. When we began with Unified, we started with 20K downloads targeting New York and we have now expanded to Texas, Florida and California with over 120K downloads. We have had an issue with retaining users but they have noted that this would self-resolve itself and improve as more users used the app over time. So far, we can vouch that these guys are the real deal in reaching a highly targeted audience with a very small budget that had no room of paid marketing.

I actually ran into Unified when trying to get a second opinion about the agency that was handling my marketing efforts at the time because we were not receiving results for more than four months and felt that something was wrong. Unified analyzed the marketing they were doing and described in detail with examples why we were not ranking in search engines because there was not powerful enough content with backlinks and many missing factors such as social media. We forwarded this information to the agency and all they wanted was more time every time I called. We cancelled our contract with them and got a refund with the documentation Unified prepared and we are now with them! It’s too early to say we’re seeing results but I can feel a slight difference. We look forward to updating this review and referring several more businesses if everything turns out as promised.

I used both Marketing and Workplace but I seem to always have trouble having the two sync so that for example I can see analytics data in Workplace rather than having to log into Marketing since I use Workplace all the time. I have tried contacting support and they have helped me but for some reason it just keeps disconnecting for no reason. I’m hoping someone will address this issue sooner than later.

Overall the quality of Unified is good, the customer service is great and their platform is easy to use but we have had trouble converting our potential clients for quite some time now due to them complaining about the price of our services. It’s quite competitive pricing and we are not able to decrease our pricing without going out of business and Unified has not provided us with many options or alternatives on how to handle this situation and they are saying that it’s a business operation matter even though they are marketing the service itself. I believe that it is also their responsibility to assist us with this matter and we are once again requesting their assistance. Thankfully, we did stay with them and our search engine rankings did and are continuously increasing. I wanted to point this out because I’m sure I am not the first one to think this. Other than that, they are on time with deliverables and are always available which is what gave us reassurance. Keep up the good work folks and we want to see those rankings hit page one!

There were some road blocks and bumps with our relationship with Unified and I’m not going to point out the specific person because the issue was rectified after I spoke with his manager, which was professional and ensured me that the customer service issue that I went through would not happen again. We ended up having a new account manager assigned to our account really late in the game and we were pleased after that point with how quickly things were completed, which should have happened in the very first place for how much we are paying every month. We still believe we should be compensated more because after all, time is money. I can’t really complaint about anything else other than the initial experience we had as things are rolling smoothly at this point.

You guys have saved our business a lot of money in marketing expenses by offering us a solution that has everything our small business needs to grow. We are thankful that your prices and services are economical and we hope that we don’t see increases as we continue to grow.
