I have a drop shipping store and I'm picky with my marketing since I've worked with many marketing companies and I know how tricky they could be. My main focus is on email marketing 'cause my product is high end and needs some kind of sequence to be sold I wanted to see how those emails would look before starting with them, they do have the option to create them upfront and then you approve it before moving forward so I took my chance and gave them a try. Luckily they understood my concept really well and our email strategy is working nicely, I couldn't ask for more. Definitely what I was looking for.

Man! If I could give more than 5 stars I would IM SO GRATEFUL with this team 'cause they are always available when I have questions. I WANTED TO GET SALES REALLY QUICKLY BUT THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT A LITTLE MORE, JUST WHEN I WAS ABOUT TO CANCEL I SAW A BIG DIFFERENCE IN OUR ROI AND DECIDED TO STAY. TRUST THEM WHEN THEY SAY IT'S GONNA WORK AND IT TAKES TIME. I've only seen improvement week after week.

To correct my previous reviews,
It was a quite inconvenient start because it took more than 7 days to create the plan because they are off on the holidays and new years but I am happy with what they have done so far and it looks promising.
Its nice that you get a point of contact to work with and that they create everything up front. I think what you need to make clear is that you build everything out front during the plan phase because I thought it was just plans and ideas. My whole perspective changed after learning this.

I've got back and forth with my rep including what he thinks is best and what I think is best but my decision should be final. Requesting someone from management to take a look at the convo in #343293. Justification for why is fine but it should still be my call and I shouldn't have to ask 3 times. I am the one paying.
