Very professional and helpful. Would recommend to any company who is thinking off having a website designed.

Firstly, let me say I am pleased with the end result. However the reason I've only rated the overall service as average is for the following:

1) The whole process took much longer than I had expected. I had a couple of weeks in hospital during the process which delayed me writing the copy, but even accounting for that, I feel the time taken to build the site was much more than initially indicated. The process started in May and although the the website has "gone live" recently (we are now in October) the website still doesn't appear when searched for by name on google. I am assured this will rectify itself in time. The only way anyone can find my website at the moment is by typing the url into the address bar.

2) It wasn't made clear to me out the outset that I would have to write all the text for the website, I had assumed this service would have been provided by yourselves and was included in the cost. I believe most potential customers would assume this service to be a standard part of the service you offer and many of them would then have to pay extra for you to write the copy. I didn't necessarily find it a problem to write my own copy but again it added to the protracted nature of the whole process.

3) My developer Shikha was very helpful but I found it difficult not be able to actually speak with him/her to explain my requirements. Only being able to 'speak' with your developer by email is quite frustrating as it is very easy to misunderstand each other. I had assumed when I initially spoke to your salesman that your developers were based in the UK and would be available to actually talk through my requirements with me.

Having said that I am quite happy with the end result but the process was extremely protracted (5 months in total) and I found it quite frustrating as it meant me giving up much more of my time to the process than I had expected. I thought I would have been able to just leave it all to you.

A big thank you to Sandra and Soumya our website designers and content writer for a great job with our new website. Very happy with the final product which was produced pretty much with no input from ourselves other than a few basic pointers. Also finalized in a very quick time even though we hadn't specified any time limit. Very pleased with the overall look and feel of the finished product.

Super all rounders!!

I approached Web Creation after doing lots of research on who we wanted to build our website for us (from scratch. Not an easy decision to make but we were sure we wanted a UK based company who could provide us with clear instruction and helpful advice! WebCreation have been 100% just that!
We sent our website brief and within 2 days received our logo and home page design which was just what we wanted. Once we agreed our design, they quickly moved on to coding and development stages and let us make as many changes as we wished without a grumble!

We then asked for assistance and advice in search engine stuff and how to set up our company email addresses and the guys there were so helpful. (Big shout out to Ryan, Allan and Nick)

UKWebcreations and the creation of Vizipages

At first it was too good to be true and I was very reluctant but it worked out so well. All my original fears of the Webcreations deliverable and the terms of the terms of the project (and the work involved) was exactly as promised.

I am very happy and very relieved my money was no where near wasted but I got exactly what I wanted (as promised) for a great price. To the point where there are minor tweaks still required as users join the site but these issues are being addressed and will continue to be addressed.

It was a nice easy experience, with all the help i needed, and the quick respond that i got when asking about anything

Time frames are not realistic. It took over 1 year for project to be completed but i was told 3-6 months. This created a lot of issues as marketing, etc had to be changed over. Found it quite difficult communicating over emails to begin with as i would prefer verbal and was expecting the team to be UK based.. However once i got used to this process, the communication was good from Rupali and team and I am happy with how the websites look.

I am really pleased with my finished web site. The team were very helpful & responsive and when I needed to speak to someone to clear up a couple of points Allan Lawrence was exceptional. Rupali was my project manager and was also incredibly helpful. Thank you all!!

New Website Development

I would like to thank my assigned Project Manager Tim Rees for helping us to get our new website over the finishing line.
It's not easy trying to portray thoughts and ideas into a website design when dealing with developers. But luckily enough we were allocated the help from Tim, who has been absolutely brilliant at liasing between ourselves and the developers. More so he took a lot of stress out of situations by managing our expectations and this helped a lot when progressing through the website brief. I would recommend him to anyone wanting a new website, because he takes your project seriously and makes sure that you are satisfied before progressing. That's worth a lot in my school of thought, he is meticulous and customer focused in every aspect.
