Very Happy with end product BUT!!!!

Very good image library and package deals. But the whole development stage was too long and frustrating. There was no guidance in the development stage to what information was required and when. The email support was slow and my issues never got resolved. However the telephone support was excellent and all my issues were resolved and the coding agent that was assigned to me was and is excellent so I would like to say a special thanks to Anuj. Sorry I could not give more than 3 stars but would have been less if it was not for my coding agent and phone support.

Stress Free web design

When signing up to Webcreationuk I had visions of embarking on a long and confusing adventure in obtaining the exact site I required. Obviously it wasn't without a few headaches but to be honest it was more my impatience than anything else. My designer, Hemant , was very patient with me, especially when i inadvertently deleted all the categories and he had to do it all again..oops!

Overall, a good experience and the technicians on the other end of the phone were very pleasant and helpful whenever I was unsure of something.

My initial enquiry was responded to quickly. Spoke to a helpful girl (Hayley I think it was) who explained the packages available and the options at this time. One of my requirements was that my site and services be live by the middle of December and I am pleased to say that this was achieved with just over a week to spare.

Once the decision to go ahead was made the processes began to roll out quickly however the 'journey' wasn't quite as I expected. (A pleasant surprise I have to say!).

My project was passed onto one of their developers, Erki, who contacted me promptly with an introduction. At this stage it was my role to create a creative brief. Providing as much info on my business as possible and giving him as much to work with as possible. Not long after this was submitted the initial draft was sent to me and with a few minor adjustments the site was exactly what I was looking for! BIG thanks to Erki for this, he got it exactly right. There was regular, prompt dialogue between Erki and I over things such as layout, logos, images to be used etc which I was happy with and all of the questions that I had were answered clearly. It was also made clear that the full design and implementation of the site would not begin until I was completely satisfied with the draft and concept. I didn't feel under pressure here.

After the full construction of the site was complete, I spent some time learning the CMS features which are very simple to use I have to say. As simple as editing a basic MS word document but with the flexibility to be that little bit more creative with the content such as adding files, pictures, and for generally updating the site.

The setting up of the email accounts was as easy as a quick phone call and even today I am still in contact with the company making slight feature and services adjustments and am happy with their service so far.

Would recommend Webcreationuk and Erki as designer as I am very happy with my site and the service I have received to date.

Delivered excellent website to my deadline

I discussed in detail what I wanted pointing out websites that would have relevant info to my project. All the details were forwarded to a designer who produced a layout for me to comment on. When we agreed the layout and format the site was populated. I had little or no experience of putting together a website and was advised and helped by the designer throughout the process. At times I thought I was being a little picky in what I wanted but nothing was too much trouble for the designer.
My e mails were set up for when the website went live and overall the project was a good experience with a better than expected result.
When my website needs updating I will definitely go back to Web Creation and I have no reservations in recommending Web Creation to anyone looking for a website to be produced.

Very professional company.

The process of working with WCUK was painless and very straight forward. Not being designers, but with a vision, we put forward our ideas and our thoughts, and our website popped out the other end. Our drawings were, to say the least, amateur and the end product was very professional. There were teething problems before launch and we were in direct contact with the designers, testing and feeding back and all the small issues were sorted out and corrected in 2-3 hours. The website launched the very next day. But it didnt end there, they have kept in touch with us and we already have a couple of minor updates we will be asking to be published.

The CMS is easy to use and very straighforward. We can change the text on pages and add pages as we wish. I cannot recommend their services highly enough and would have no issues receiving a phone call from any potential clients to have a chat through our experience. Thank you.
