Bought a pair of glasses to use for online teaching and parent teacher conferences so I paid the extra money to have it delivered by two day shipping. Never received the glasses and was told to contact fedex, which has still not resulted in me getting the glasses. Just for reference, any other company would offer to send out another pair with expedited shipping while waiting for the fedex claim. But still no glasses and no refund. This is my first and last time shopping with you. I will definitely spread the word to all my teaching colleagues as well as other professionals to never order from your company as it is a waste of time and hard earned money. Thanks for absolutely nothing. Please refund me. I plan to report you to the better business bureau, FYI.
