Very poor service. I was right to be suspicious. Placed an order 22nd November 2023 & it never arrived. Every time I messaged to ask for an update, I was fobbed off. Asked for a refund on the 20th December & the best part is… it was issued within 48 hrs.

Communication shocking. Delivery time over a month, nearly 6 weeks. When asking for a refund all I was offered was another watch that may be in stock! Then told the shipment had been lost and I would have to wait longer.

Bought a watch, I emailed to cancel the order and receive a refund, they said they would, then they sent the watch and not the refund, I complained and just got different people emailing me back saying they are busy because it's Xmas. I sent the watch back on 14th December, it's not 27th December and I still haven't received the refund. Every time I email to see where my refund it they just day they are busy dealing with orders!
