They respond quickly. There was nothing more they could have done. I would have given them 5 stars, but their wire decking wasn't the right size when they sent it. But they remedied that very quickly. I would happily recommend them to anyone because they treat you fairly and communicate well.

Everything they do is good. Website is great, they send me emails. More people need to know about them. They need to do more advertising, because there are people who would want racking but don't know where to buy it. People ask me all the time when they see my racking where I got it and I send them to Warehouse 1.
