When I first met Mike, his solid handshake, smile and positive attitude, was the beginning of a great business friendship . Mike looked over my plans that I had created. Asked the appropriate questions. He truly wanted to help with what I thought was quite an impossible task. Mike took charge with a positive outlook that I could grab on to and support. He had an awesome creativeness that positively had my attention. He suggested some changes that I didn’t catch and had his own take on what he imagined would work for my facility. I totally agreed to his plan. Everything after that went as solid as his handshake. Everything he planned went accordingly and my experience with this big task went as positive as his attitude and as smooth as his smile. Tommy George. As an experienced salesman, and probably one of your best, I had a bad experience with Tommy George and a Recent Install at 2815 Mercier St. He was not great at communicating the job - it didn't meet my expectation at all. We paid more than we wanted, after the quote was signed I wasn't treated the same as before the quote was signed. It stressed me out, I lost sleep at night, and was left with a very bitter taste in my mouth on how I feel about Warehouse 1. I would not recommend Warehouse 1 to anyone, based upon my experience with Tommy George. I think personally, he's a good guy and I like him. But I don't want to ever do business with him again. Trust was broken.
