I have recently started using Walton's summer sausage seasoning and high temp cheeses and all I can say is WOW what a game changer. I purchased the Habanero BBQ seasoning to make some summer sausage. This was my first attempt at making summer sausage but i was intrigued after watching the video on making summer sausage. I also added both the high temp cheddar and the high temp ghost pepper cheese. It turned out great and I had enough left over to also make some snack sticks as well. Both turned out great and with the help of the video it was really easy to do.
