When I was placing an order during the free shipping promotion I didn’t see the ship free option. I emailed my issue and got a quick response from Janna that she was aware of the problem and that the problem had been fixed. The products are high quality, the customer service is great and even though I am totally blind the website is very accessible.I am able to navigate the recipes and aall. Austin and the others that do the Waltons tv videos don’t realize it but they explain things so that even without sight they are understandable.
