I have had a couple of diferent stuffers. The Walton's - 7 lb stuffer is the best of them. It is solidly built. It offer two gear options 1 for stuffing and the other for quickly return the plunger to the top, I stuffed some pretty cold product through it and it worked well. The other stiffer I have used would have struggled to get that stiff of a product stuffed.
