Free Shipping on orders over $100 is not as advertised. High Temp cheese made shipping cost $30. Very Frustrating.

This was NOT a pleasant experience!!! The website shows free shipping on orders over $100 but I kept getting charged for the shipping while trying to check out. Ultimately when I thought it would adjust at checkout and I would not be charged for shipping, I was charged $25.99.

I had received an email asking me to complete my order, and I could save an additional 5% off. I added to the order and could never use the coupon code.

My wife, Colette Slate purchased $ 100 in gift cards for my birthday to use, but when we opened the box received they were not included. I completed my order to avoid missing out on free shipping and I was charged shipping anyways. You are really having some major issues. I do not wish to proceed with my order if the shipping charge is not removed and my wife is taken care of for the money she spent. We did not receive the gift cards from Walton's and you should be able to track this based upon the issue of the card numbers issued to the order, which were never received or utilized.

She was upset with the condition of the drying racks she purchased for me for my birthday. She received them shoved into a box which was too small and they appeared to be a return, the box was crushed and looked as if it had been previously opened. There were no care instructions included in the box or any other literature regarding the product.

Love the free shipping at $100 since your west side store closed. It is hard for us to get that far east. The last two times we have tried to order Mushroom Seasoning, you have a limited amount in the warehouse. Never over 24. We can never get discount pricing because your inventory is low. Is this common? Date issues so you keep just a few at a time because it isn't popular? Better month to order so the supply is up? We would like to order in bulk to get a better price. Any help on this is appreciated.
